The hotel lacks elevators, which can be a real hassle, especially with heavier bags. The beds felt stiff, making it hard to get a decent night's sleep. There's also no fridge, so prepare to deal with melted ice and soggy bags if you bring drinks. Unfortunately, I ended up not getting the balcony room I paid for, and when I tried to reschedule a missed event due to mislabeled tickets, they wouldn't issue a refund.

The view from the Deluxe Suite with City View totally blew me away! Watching the sunset from the balcony was unforgettable. The room was spacious and had everything needed for comfort. Antonio, our tour guide, made our stay even better with his amazing knowledge of the area. He was always available and attentive. However, the lack of an elevator was challenging, especially with luggage. Sometimes, the bed felt a bit stiff during the night. Overall, it was a good trip, but some improvements could be made to the comfort of the rooms.

great views but a few comfort issues
The Deluxe Suite offered a fantastic city view that transformed during sunset, making it a memorable experience. Antonio, our tour guide, made exploring the area a pleasure with his wealth of knowledge and attentiveness. The spaciousness of the room provided us with a relaxed atmosphere to unwind after a day of exploration. Additionally, the landmark view from our suite was breathtaking, enhancing our stay.
However, the lack of elevators made it challenging to maneuver our luggage up the stairs.

Had a fantastic time with friends! Our Deluxe Suite had a great view, and we were just a short walk from Union Garden and Juarez Theater. The location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy local attractions. Don't miss out on the sunset. it's a must-see! It’s also recommended to ask about the tour options for a better experience.
One downside was the lack of an elevator, which made carrying our luggage up a bit of a struggle. Just be prepared for that if you have heavier bags.

The upstairs suite had its own balcony, and I'll never forget the gorgeous view of the city! I loved unwinding on the sun terrace and watching the sunset over the skyline. The only downside was that the beds felt a bit stiff, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all. 👍

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
My partner and I enjoyed our stay, but we were disappointed not to have the balcony room we paid for. The staff sold us tickets for a callejonada without proper information. we missed it without a refund. Future guests should confirm details directly with the front desk.

Spacious rooms offered breathtaking views, especially from the balcony of the classic double room, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets. The staff was responsive and attentive, making for a warm atmosphere. However, the lack of an elevator made maneuvering luggage a hassle, and the beds needed more comfort. The buffet food selection was basic, but vegetarian options were appreciated.
